What is the return and exchange process?

As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, we cannot accept returns on orders.

You can request a size change after placing your order, but we cannot guarantee it. Please send us an email at orangelmn.co@gmail.com if you wish to request a size change. We are unable to change your order's size if you have already received a shipping notification.

You can cancel your order by emailing orangelmn.co@gmail.com if you have not received a shipping notification.

In the event that your product is damaged or defective, please send us a photo by emailing orangelmn.co@gmail.com. Each claim will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your shipment if your products are damaged. Your product must also be unwashed and unworn.

What if the item I want is sold out or out of stock?

In the event one of our products is out of stock or sold out in your size, please email us at orangelmn.co@gmail.com to inquire about the product you would like to order in your desired size and quantity.

Part of the ORANGELMN vision is to offer interchanging designs as trends and seasons change to maintain a fresh edge to our products. We plan to drop new designs seasonally, restock old designs and will retire others along the way.

What about bulk orders?

If there is a specific design you would like to purchase in bulk, please contact us at orangelmn.co@gmail.com and we will try our best to help you out!

Do you offer custom design services?

Yes! Hannah designs all our pieces and is currently available for contract work. To inquire about a custom design, you can email Hannah with a description of the design work you are looking for!
